Paper Submission

All authors presenting papers must be Ph.D. students. By Ph.D. student we mean a student who is working toward his/her Ph.D. thesis or who has discussed his/her Ph.D. thesis within one year in advance of the paper submission deadline (i.e. after February 20th, 2010).

Use the proper layout
The PRIME 2011 conference will allow only electronic submission of papers in PDF format (maximum file size must not exceed 2 Mbytes). Papers must not exceed four A4 pages with all illustrations and references included.
You should prepare your final manuscript according to the IEEE Templates. Please use templates for A4 paper.

Review process
Papers submitted for review must clearly state:
• the purpose of the work,
• how and to what extent it advances the art,
• specific new results and their impact.
The degree to which the paper deals with these issues will affect whether the paper is selected. The most frequent cause of rejection of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the Conference will be considered. Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance is considered by the Committee as an agreement that the work will not be placed in the public domain prior to the Conference. The quality of the conference will be guaranteed by a thoroughly selected Technical Program Committee, which will provide detailed feedback to the authors.
Accepted papers will be available on IEEE Xplore.
